Nacho Usual Games
Effective date: October 9, 2026 ยท Closed-test version 0.1.0
This policy explains how Nacho Usual Games handles information in connection with Tendy Bar, our Android bartending game (package name com.nachousualgames.tendybar).
Information handled by the game
The current version does not require an account and does not send personal information to Nacho Usual Games through gameplay. It does not include advertising, analytics SDKs, in-app purchases, social features, or an integrated AI service. It does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, or precise location.
The game stores your audio preference on your device so that your setting is remembered between sessions. This setting is not transmitted to us. Your device or operating system may include local app data in its own backup service according to your settings.
Support and testing feedback
If you email us or provide testing feedback, we may receive your email address, name or profile information, message, and any screenshots, device details, or other information you choose to include. We use this information to respond to you, investigate problems, and improve the game. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.
If you participate in a closed test through an email list, we use the email address supplied for that purpose to manage your tester access in Google Play Console.
Google Play and other service providers
Google Play and Android may process information for app distribution, security, testing, diagnostics, and other platform services under Google’s own policies. Google may make testing feedback or app quality reports available to us. For details about Google’s practices and controls, see Google’s Privacy Policy.
Email services process support correspondence on our behalf. If you choose to use an independent tester recruitment service, its handling of your information is governed by its own policy; the game does not integrate such a service.
Sharing and security
We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. Support and tester information is used for the purposes described above and may be handled by the service providers needed to provide those services. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, prevent abuse, or address security issues.
We limit access to support and tester information to those who need it for these purposes and use the access controls provided by our service providers. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Retention, deletion, and your choices
Local settings remain on your device until you clear the app’s storage or uninstall it, subject to any operating-system backup or restoration settings.
We retain support correspondence and tester information only for as long as needed to handle support, administer testing, investigate issues, or meet applicable legal requirements. You can email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided. We will handle requests subject to applicable law and any information we must retain for legitimate legal or security purposes. Google and other independent providers manage their own retention and deletion procedures.
Age audience
Tendy Bar is intended for adults aged 18 and older and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the game develops. We will update the effective date on this page and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required. Future features that change how information is handled will be reflected in this policy and the relevant store disclosures.
